Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

All Gloinko products are made to order, meaning they are printed specifically once an order is placed.

We do our best to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmation is sent.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.

All prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.

You confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the delivery passes to you.

Returns and refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour preference.
