Order processing

All Gloinko products are made to order. Once you place an order, your items are printed and prepared specifically for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During busy periods (launches, seasonal drops, holidays), this may take slightly longer.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where possible, but all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier networks

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or events outside our control

Multiple items and split deliveries

Some Gloinko products are fulfilled by different production and fulfilment partners.

Because of this:

  • Items in the same order may be printed in different locations

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages

  • Delivery dates may vary between items

You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and tracking details will be provided where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the fulfilment method required.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authority are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to address errors provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at info@gloinko.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
