Do you accept returns?
All items are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch, and we will sort it.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within a few days. Delivery times vary by product and location, but you’ll get tracking as soon as your item is on the way.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by trusted print partners in the UK and EU. This keeps delivery faster and avoids unnecessary miles.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is printed to order, changes and cancellations are only possible if we catch it before production starts. Contact us as soon as you can.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Changes are only possible if we catch the order before production starts. Always double-check the size guide first to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not right now, but our packaging is neat, protective and gift-ready.
Why are there no returns?
Each item is made specially for you. That’s how we reduce waste and avoid stacks of unwanted stock. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll fix it.
